Working together, these contractors provide aircrew instruction (initial/mission qualification, refresher, upgrade, and currency), student services, Contractor Logistics Support, aircraft concurrency modifications to the aircrew training devices, courseware, support for Distributed Mission Operations, Database Generation Services, and Cybersecurity services in support of the US Air Force and its global mission.

The primary recipients of these services are represented by US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Air Education and Training Command (AETC), Air Combat Command (ACC), and Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC).

The overall mission is to be the total comprehensive source for schoolhouse operations for unique crew positions across six aircraft and initial qualification training for AFSOC Special Operations Forces (SOF) aircrews, all training for ACC Personnel Recovery (PR) aircrews, all training for AFGSC Vertical Lift Aircrews in Nuclear Security Response, and all training for Convoy Support and AF District of Washington (AFDW) Vertical Lift Aircrews in Continuity of Government and Continuity of Operations support.
